Installation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of each subcontractor and installation crew, as well as their compliance with the Company’s policies, standard industry practices and the expectations under the Dealer Agreement
• Assist in the recruitment and development of subcontractors
• Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to by subcontractors
• Schedule and perform regular job site inspections ensuring all quality and safety standards are being met
• Work with insurance adjusters in inspecting and surveying job loss sites
• Assist with the updating of note in Xactware and other systems and portals
• Assist with emergency job site repairs when required
• Assist with work site repairs and services when required
• Travel to other Peak locations when required
