Instrumentation Technician
Atlantic Operations is a wholly owned subsidiary of St Barbara Limited, an ASX listed gold producer and explorer with mining assets in Canada and Australia.
We are currently seeking 2 Instrumentation Technicians to support our Atlantic Operations. These roles are full time, max-term positions, reporting to the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor and will be based at our Touquoy mine site located approximately 1-hour northeast of Halifax, near Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia.
The Opportunity
- Ensuring own Health & Safety as well as that of all other workers, identifying and maintaining safe work practices, and completing all required safety training.
- Installing, programming, and calibrating new equipment (rebuild as needed) and evaluate latest technologies for feasibility and efficiencies.
