About the Role

This 100% remote Bilingual Back-office Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals with an insurance background. You will be assigned to one of our client placements with a growing US insurance company. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Notices Of Cancellation.
  • Reviewing & Updating Policies.
  • BOR/Loss Run Request Letters and certificates/Binders.
  • Acord Applications.
  • Motor Vehicle Reports and Auto ID Cards.
  • Carrier Downloads.
  • Billing Enquiries, endorsements, and quoting.
