Description
The Insurance Administrator role provides excellent customer service through the timely and accurate processing of insurance policies and vehicle registrations, including renewals, cancellations, and expirations. The position is a 15‑month full‑time term role requiring strong interdepartmental collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Verify that assets have proper insurance and registration in compliance with requirements.
- Review and process external insurance policies and registration documents, promptly updating the system to reflect accurate coverage.
- Proactively engage with insurance agents and customers to rectify non‑compliant policies.
- Address insurance and registration cancellations with efficiency, contacting customers and/or insurance agents for timely reinstatements.
- Escalate insurance delinquencies to Collections following established procedures.
