Insurance Advisor

About the role

We’re searching for an Insurance Advisor to join our Ontario office.

Compensation

Hourly rate $21.80 – $27.25, based on a 35‑hour week.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships and retain customers.
• Uncover clients’ business challenges, act as advocate, and provide recommendations.
• Assist clients with insurance needs using basic underwriting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proven ability to build authentic client relationships.
• Excellent time management and confidentiality.
• Insurance broker Level 2 license or working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
• 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
