+ Lead requirements gathering sessions with key users and stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
+ Analyze and document current state processes (“As-Is”) and define future state improvements (“To-Be”) aligned with organizational objectives.
+ Prepare comprehensive functional and technical requirements documentation to support development and implementation efforts.
+ Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
