Take on a key role with STC as an Insurance Coordinator for the Scarborough Subway Extension project. This position revolves around effective collaboration and insurance policy oversight.
Situated in Scarborough, ON, the Insurance Coordinator will work closely with various teams to identify and address insurance needs associated with project risks. Your duties will include managing certificates, reviewing contracts, and assisting with incident investigations while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, you will prepare vital reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers on insurance needs
• Track and review insurance policies and limits
• Manage the documentation for insurance claims
• Lead claims meetings and coordinate with adjusters
• Prepare reports on risk and insurance coverage
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance administration
