Insurance Representative (Temporary)

Job Description

The insurance representative analyst is responsible for supporting the insurance supervisor with the technical and commercial processes, and with insurance performance in terms of competitiveness and conciliation processes. The role also supports the administration of data for the different insurance products that are commercialized during the life cycle of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the performance of assigned Value-Added Products programs and manage, monitor, and execute sales strategies (e.g., OnStar, integrated maintenance plans), ensuring compliance with KPIs across the dealer network.
• Commercial management and KPI tracking; support the dealership network, GMF field team, other GMF departments and Insurance Companies with requirements and reports to achieve objectives.
