Responsibilities

• Lead the people and operational functions of the store, overseeing staffing and zoning, training and onboarding of Beauty Advisors, store scheduling, and execution of Sephora’s operational standards.
• Conduct final interviews for all key positions and use the online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates.
• Manage all training-related functions, develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy in partnership with Education partners.
