Intermediate Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services

Our Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury offices are looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join the Cloud Accounting Services team within our Business Services and Outsourcing practice. This is a replacement role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations for a variety of clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Maintain organized financial documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and increase efficiency through better use of systems and tools.
