This role places you at the forefront of innovative, intelligent structural design. As an Intermediate BIM Modeler – Structural, you will contribute to complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from concept through construction, shaping how communities experience the built environment. Based in Toronto or Markham, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and BIM leaders in a fast‑paced, high‑impact setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and model structural building elements using Revit, supporting projects from early design through construction.
