You'll liaise with various technical team members and troubleshoot software issues across applications. Your ability to prioritize urgent support requests will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer Tier 2 expertise through Footprint ticketing system
• Prioritize urgent and scheduled client support requests
• Liaise with team members including DBAs and System Administrators
• Troubleshoot application defects and conduct root cause analysis
