Intern I - Finance - Mexico

Part-time Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Schneider is seeking a Finance Intern in Mexico City to support Schneider’s finance team. The Finance Intern will work on a variety of analytical projects and be assigned to month‑end close‑related tasks.

• Executes the Accounts Payable Backoffice process related to Mexican carriers (daily basis).
• Clarifies and updates the status of invoices and PODs with Mexican carriers (daily basis).
• Prepares AP reconciliations with Mexican carriers (monthly basis).
• Executes the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes for the Mexican entities (weekly basis).
• Prepares account reconciliation for AP balances.

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
