**Activities:**

• Continuous monitoring of 5S principles to ensure order, cleanliness, and discipline within the area.
• Updating, standardizing, and improving work instructions to maintain documentation that is current and aligned with existing processes.
• Recording, documenting, and tracking key processes within the area.
• Constant presence on the shop floor to serve as an observation point for identifying needs,
monitoring operational situations, and ensuring proper workflow.
• Participation in meetings to provide real-time information and facilitate
decision-making.

**Skills/Requirements**

Skills: Proactive, organized, eager to learn.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
