- Manage and respond to inbound customer support tickets through a ticketing system
- Handle billing inquiries, subscriptions, and operational customer requests
- Support onboarding activities and guide trial users through initial platform setup
- Coordinate demo requests and follow up with prospects and active users
- Maintain accurate records and tracking in the CRM system
- Provide consistent follow-up and ownership of open items until resolution
