AWIN, a prestigious luxury automotive group, seeks an Internal Advisor to support administrative functions in its thriving Honda Downtown dealership. In this role, you will create work orders for New and Pre-Owned inventory, manage sublet arrangements, and ensure excellent communication with management. Your contributions will enhance the customer experience and support overall dealership success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create work orders for vehicle inventory preparation
• Advise Sales Management on required additional work
• Arrange and invoice sublet repairs for vehicles
• Process vehicle invoices and complete checklists
• Answer incoming calls and assist inquiries promptly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
