We are seeking a highly experienced International Consultant to join our team based in our Montreal office. In this role, you will coordinate and manage global consulting activities, delivering client‑ready results and supporting senior consultants on Total Rewards strategies and global benefits analysis. You will contribute to developing client strategies, interpret benchmark data, and ensure the successful completion of complex cross‑border and cross‑functional projects while managing project timelines and quality. Additionally, you will liaise with international teams to provide clear, technical communications and ensure compliance with professional standards. This is a hybrid role that requires being in the office 3 days a week.
