International Customer Service Analyst


DyStar is seeking to fulfill an important role to support customer service for Mexico, Central America, and Andean Pact. The successful candidate will have 2 -3 years’ experience with imports, exports, customer service, logistics, and customs documentation. This is an on-site role in Mexico City and good oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are a must.


Job Summary:

• Manage all customer service activities based on the procedures established in Dystar as to ensure proper delivery of products to our customers, maintaining good communication with customers and Dystar team members involved in the process, establishing correct coordination with warehouse and related parties as to deliver products in a timely manner
