Internship - Fall 2026 - Logistics and material management

Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026

Location: Saint‑Hubert, on‑site, Monday‑Friday flexible hours.

Job Overview The candidate will manage the procurement of parts coming from internal and external suppliers. They will plan requirements, place orders, manage shortages, and communicate priorities to suppliers and internal customers. They will also manage urgencies related to the engine line to avoid potential line stoppages. The candidate will be encouraged to propose and implement creative and robust solutions for procurement and inventory issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship and performance of a portfolio of suppliers.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly outputs as per master build plan.
• Responsible for the escalation process on critical path parts.
• Lead various process improvement projects.
• Provisioning of engine parts from outside vendors in the aftermarket.
