Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire an Intranet Specialist for an initial 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension and conversion. This role is 2-3 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.
Content Management & PublishingCollaborate with internal teams to prepare and publish intranet content. Analyze, format, and upload documents, images, and news updates to the intranet. Migrate content between publishing systems and ensure urgent messages are posted promptly.
Technical & Design WorkLeverage SharePoint Classic & Modern features to enhance the intranet experience. Create engaging production graphics that adhere to branding guidelines. Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools like Adobe Photoshop & Acrobat for web publishing.
