Inventory Analyst

Summary:

The Inventory Analyst plays a critical role within this organizaton. They ensure the smooth, efficient, and accurate flow of materials across the manufacturing supply chain by managing daily inventory operations, analyzing material trends, and supporting production and procurement planning through precise stock control. The role drives efficient movement of components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods while minimizing shortages, excess, and obsolescence. It requires foundational supply chain and operations knowledge, plus 2–3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) manufacturing experience, and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning) to interpret inventory data, validate system accuracy, and guide planning decisions.
