Position Summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for pouring beer and tracking product inventory, including what hawkers take out to the stands, what is sold, and what must be recorded as waste or returned to inventory. The Hawker Room is located outdoors and is a shared space with the Culinary team.
