Inventory Support Coordinator

Winpak is seeking an Inventory Support Specialist based in Winnipeg, Manitoba to support our Traffic Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cycle count activities on-site, including data entry, log report maintenance, and supporting inventory accuracy processes.
• Support off‑site warehouse physical inventory counts by performing data entry, reporting, and ensuring accurate documentation of results.
• Investigate, review, and reconcile finished goods inventory discrepancies across all locations, ensuring corrective actions are identified and resolved through proper authorization channels.
• Manage finished goods and lower‑level inventory movements, including coordinating shipments with receiving and production departments and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.
• Create and maintain product tags and ensure accurate posting of inventory transactions within the ERP system.
