Investment Banking Division - Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Investmentbanking Analyst to join our Corporate Investment Banking team. The selected
candidate will work on investment banking projects such as comparable company
analysis, newsletters, earnings summaries, benchmarking, financial analysis
etc.

Key Responsibilities

·Work on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction
analysis, earnings summaries, benchmarking and newsletters.

·Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, management
biographies, brokers’ outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry
/ peers’ valuation multiples, and possible buyer / seller opportunities.

·Working independently on complex projects, and delivering
error-free projects and client communications.
