We are seeking several passionate and dedicated Lead Coaches to play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional sporting and recovery experience for competitors representing Team UK at the Invictus Games Birmingham 2027. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong coaching and leadership experience within the sport they are applying to support, gained through elite sport, community sport, the Armed Forces, or other comparable high-performance environments.

As a Team UK Lead Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching within the Royal British Legion’s Team UK Invictus Games programme.
