Role Overview
The IPQC Leader oversees in-process quality control on the production floor, leading inspectors, ensuring compliance with quality plans, and supporting QE on issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shift schedules and attendance of QC inspectors across assigned areas.
- Lead in-process quality inspection in line with the production plan.
- Prepare, complete and verify all relevant inspection records and documentation.
- Coordinate with QE to resolve abnormalities found on the production line.
- Confirm day-to-night shift handovers and ensure follow-through on actions.
