**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- College or University degree or diploma in Information Technology.
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Experience with E2E SW lifecycle is critical to success
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Certifications preferred
- Any training/certifications in MS Office 365/Copilot/Project/Visio
