It Administrator (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Our team in Mexico is growing; we are currently recruiting an **IT** Administrator (Bilingual - English/Spanish)**to join us in the **Mexico, Hermosillo office**.
**About the role**- Administer and resolve Level 1 & 2 IT incidents and service requests using ITSM tools- Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, and peripherals- Support collaboration tools (M365: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes: configure user accounts, prepare IT equipment, and ensure proper asset tracking- Create training materials and deliver basic user training.
