Your responsibilities

• Install, administer, and maintain IT services, hardware, and software, including configuration and management of cloud applications in Microsoft 365
• Coordinate IT‑related requests and provide comprehensive client management and support for employees, both remotely and on‑site in Montreal
• Ensure smooth IT operations by analysing and resolving technical issues and conducting performance analyses
• Administer virtual server environments (VMware)
• Maintain and manage releases and updates of standard software
• Perform backup and recovery procedures
• Administer and further develop Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
• Actively contribute to exciting internal IT projects
