Accountabilities

• Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems.
• Responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required.
• Interaction with the Service Desk and End users for basic user support issues relating to accessfulfillment.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures
• Operate under the supervision of others
• Must have strong written communication skills
• Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other Microsoft based productivity applications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms
• Quick learner, and ability to scale on new technologies as required
