Objective

The objective of the IT Analyst role at CI&T is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and facilities, supporting the company's technological needs and business operations. The main result expected from this role is to optimize IT facility resources, resolve technical issues, and provide support to internal stakeholders for smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Full Time Position

Full time position, required to be at the office minimum 3-4 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that our people have what they need to work effectively and securely.
• Triaging IT tickets and providing first/second line support.
• Tracking IT assets, getting the right kit out to the right people, and knowing where everything is.
