Description
This role will provide end-user support for tools such as Zoom, Office 365, and Hive, and will also lead or assist in the implementation and integration of new platforms (e.g., Shopify) into our enterprise systems, including SAP S/4HANA.Job ActivitiesServe as a liaison between business users and vendors to resolve issues or escalate as needed.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and ensure seamless system interoperability.Maintain documentation for systems configuration, integration points, and support procedures.Skill Requirements for the role:The two most relevant skills you must have is the ability to learn fast and understand new implementations quickly as well as being a problem solver.Highly organizedDetailed orientedTeam playerAble to prioritize a heavy workload.Analytical problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and contribute whenever help is needed.Excellent communication skillsEstablished project management skills.Other requirements...
