IT Asset Management Analyst - SAMPro

The Business Analyst - IT III will report to the Director of Asset Management and will own software asset governance within ServiceNow SAMPro. This role focuses on building and operationalizing software asset management frameworks and processes, including creating new processes from the ground up. The position works closely with CMDB, platform, and IT teams to ensure strong internal governance aligned with OSFI (Standard 31) requirements, with a goal of achieving approximately 95% software title and inventory coverage across nearly 30,000 software titles.
