**Your Job**The IT Business Partner (ITBP) for Manufacturing and Operations (M&O) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with the assigned business units or plant for the purpose of business technology deployment, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

**What You Will Do**- Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.
- Collaborate with Plant Management to develop budgets (cap-ex/allocations)- Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of solution introductions and withdrawals.
