IT Finance Manager

**Manulife Hong Kong is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Finance Manager to join our CIO Management – IT Finance team. This role will support the management of the rapidly growing IT expense budget, assist in delivering financial and headcount reporting, and act as a reviewer on key operational processes, including accruals, payment requests, and FTE reconciliations. The ideal candidate will collaborate across Finance and Technology teams to enhance financial transparency, cost efficiency and process improvement initiatives.**

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Support management on tracking the **IT expense, forecast, and KPI targets** , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with approved plans
