As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various IT issues for our internal and external clients. Responsibilities also include providing support for hardware, software, network, and security systems. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
