IT Infrastructure

Job Descriptions:

• Network & Connectivity: Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, and switches. Ensure stable redundant connectivity (VSAT, fiber, or radio links) for remote estates and factories.
• System Administration: Maintain physical/virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). Manage Active Directory, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Plant & Field IT Support: Support operational technology (OT) connectivity, including Weighbridge systems, SCADA networks, and handheld field devices.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce endpoint security, monitor firewall logs, and maintain infrastructure documentation for audits (e.g., ISO, Halal/BPOM digital tracking).
• Asset & Vendor Management: Coordinate with ISPs and hardware vendors. Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
