IT Operations Analyst – Position Description

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an IT Operations Analyst to join the Power Bus Way Team in Mississauga, ON. The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and executing the day‑to‑day operational IT systems at our Mississauga site, including activities and technology associated with our warehouse, front office, manufacturing sites, on‑site network contact, and hardware/infrastructure supporting business applications. The role works directly with third‑party vendors to support all outsourced agreements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operational support for IT systems across various Power Busway sites, monitoring performance and leading issue resolution.
• Act as first line of support for issue resolution.
