IT Operations Manager

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to report to the Director of Information Technology.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT operations (support, infrastructure, networks, systems, security).
• Manage technical managers and teams (support, system administrators, etc.).
• Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of critical systems.
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage major incidents and coordinate recovery plans.
• Oversee change management.
• Manage IT vendors and service contracts.
• Participate in budget planning and operational cost control.
• Implement continuous improvement and process optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
