It Product Owner

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building technology and sustainability, seeks a dedicated Product Owner to join and lead Scrum teams contributing to the Navigator Platform.
What you will do
The Product Owner will serve as the primary interface between Product Management, User Experience, and Development Teams to ensure solutions meet business and customer needs and align with overall program release plans.
Analyze business needs, define customer/user/business requirements, and translate product features into user stories, use cases, and software requirements.
Maintain and prioritize the SCRUM Team(s) Product Backlog and Sprint‐by‐Sprint forecast.
Coordinate and contribute to the overall Program release plan, including product quality, testing, documentation, support, sales and marketing preparation, operations and deployment needs.
Guide work iteration tempo by balancing forecast, team velocity, and release schedule.
