Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT operations and support services
- Ensure systems are running smoothly with minimal downtime
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes (ITIL process)
- Lead and support IT teams (L1/L2/L3)
- Work with stakeholders and vendors
- Monitor service performance and improve efficiency
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Basic understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Good communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
- ITIL Certification
- Experience in Agile/DevOps
