- _ Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, software, networks and mobile devices._
- _ Document incidents and solutions in a ticketing system._
- _ Escalate complex problems to higher level technicians._
- _ Provide guidance and training to end users on the use of computer systems._
- _ Write user guides and technical manuals._
- _ Communicate effectively with end users, both verbally and in writing._
Experiência y requisitos
- _ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to computer science, information technology or systems administration._
- _ At least 2 years of work experience in IT technical support._
- _ Previous experience in an IT HELPDESK environment is a plus._
- _ Experience with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite._
