IT Supervisor [#4922]

Alteo is looking for an IT Supervisor for a permanent position based in Montreal (South Shore).

*** Hybrid work: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote ***

You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 9 programmer analysts.

Responsibilities:

> Team Management / HR (70%)

• Support team members in developing their expertise, encouraging versatility and professional growth
• Participate in recruitment and foster team engagement
• Track objectives and conduct performance evaluations
• Coordinate compensation and access management

> IT Management (30%):

• In collaboration with the Head of Services, oversee budget tracking and capacity management for the department
• Manage external vendors: contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and quality of deliverables
