Molex in El Salto, Jalisco is looking for an IT Technical Support professional to act as the primary local IT contact. In this role, you will ensure the reliable operation and support of both hardware and software systems, manage shop floor systems, and maintain network connectivity. Candidates should have experience in supporting network equipment and basic hardware/software, with skills in customer service and problem solving. Strong communication skills in English are a plus.
