IT System Developer Engineer

Develop program using Python, Oracle Procedure, Java and other tools for analytical data mining, software development, or business reporting. Responsible for project co-ordination related to the development and management of all project-related development, participate and manage in the design, specifications, coding, testing and implementation of bank's application program and business reporting. Lead and facilities sessions with business units to gather requirements, refine and document use cases, business rules, scenarios, and data, as well as functional systems requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Investigate and resolve application-related problems. Provide second-level support for the bank's application system, including after-hour support as required. Qualifications
