SUMMARY SCOPE OF ROLE

Ensure all public areas are clean and maintained according to the standards set forth by the hotel and IDM, the management company.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/RELEVANT WORK QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• 30% Perform general cleaning duties in public areas (dusting, sweep/mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of glass doors, etc.) including food service outlets, lobby, and public restrooms.
• 15% Perform during and after hours care of the pool and fitness facility.
