Overview

Visitor Services Team Leader V – Operations Coordinator oversees the development and delivery of visitor services in the Jasper Field Unit, reporting to the Visitor Experience Manager. The role manages programs, projects, and daily operations, leads multi-functional teams, supervises staff, and collaborates with partners to ensure safe, welcoming, and well-maintained campgrounds, visitor facilities, and day-use areas.
