What this Journey Looks Like
The Jira & Confluence Administrator serves as the strategic and technical owner of the Atlassian collaboration platform, overseeing enterprise-wide administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Jira and Confluence. This role is responsible for evaluating evolving business needs across the user community and delivering solutions through workflow design and system integrations. The position ensures both platforms remain scalable, secure, and well-integrated, while aligning with Agile delivery principles and portfolio/project management (PPM) best practices.
What You'll Lead and Build
- Managing and supporting administrative functions for JIRA and additional Atlassian products as required
- Stay current with Atlassian products and administration best practices and provide guidance to teams on platform capabilities and recommended approaches.
