Jr. Buyer

**Position Summary**
The Jr. Buyer is responsible for supporting procurement activities for the company´s operations in Tijuana. This role will focus on sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating purchase approvals and material receipt, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with project requirements. The Jr. Buyer will work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Operations, and Finance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct vendor searches, qualification, and onboarding in alignment with company requirements
- Request and evaluate quotations (RFQs) from vendors
- Prepare and submit purchase approval requests
- Place and track purchase orders ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials
- Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams for material intake and quality confirmation
