At this time, we are seeking a Junior Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting and supporting customer expectations.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring proper follow-up and follow-through.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and trustworthy communication.
• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of client portals.
• Lead KPI tracking and monitoring for assigned clients to ensure service performance aligns with client expectations and contractual requirements.
